Home Care Staff Survey

After the successful launch of our Home Care Staff Survey last week at Craigend Resource Centre we are inviting any home care staff to take part in online survey via the following link.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. The information it will produced will be invaluable to informing future campaigns on behalf of Home Care Staff which includes Alarm Attendants and Reablement Staff. Both UNISON members and non members are invited to fill this survey in.

The survey ask questions about your shift patterns, overtime, time to care, pressures of the job, training and many other issues. The more honest you are with your answers the more honest a discussion we can have with management. So far over 40 staff have taken part in the survey.
