Revised Pay Offer

Thanks to all our Local Government members who engaged in the ONE Team campaign and signed one of the postcards which were among the thousands of postcards delivered to the COSLA President at our rally outside the meeting of COSLA Leaders on the 31st August 2018.

All of that hard work resulted in a revised pay offer being agreed by COSLA Leaders that day. As previously stated your Local Government Committee met to consider the offer on Friday 7th September 2018 and agreed to recommend REJECTION of the offer when we consult our Local Government members in the coming weeks.

Whilst we await a response from the employer we are putting in place arrangements for the consultative ballot and full details regarding this will be available on the Branch Website, Facebook and Twitter pages shortly.
