UNISON Inverclyde are campaigning heavily around the t and c’s of private home care staff in comparison to council home care doing the same job. We believe you deserve the same terms and conditions for the great work you do. This survey will help us evidence that so please give your honest opinions.

We have also been informed by our members of changes made by managements in terms of late shift cancelation and scheduling compliance. We have not been overrun with phone calls regarding this, but our survey includes questions on these changes.

We will contact you once with the questionnaire results in the near future. The survey will close on Monday 29th of June. Please share the link and encourage all your colleagues to fill this in – as ever there are strength in numbers.
