Christmas Cinema Treat – Cinema Covid Guidelines

Please do not attend the cinema if you or any members of your household are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

When attending the cinema please don’t bring any unnecessary items with you such as bags, additional clothing with you that you will not wear throughout the screening, buggies or prams etc.

This also includes any food or drinks which have not been purchased within the cinema. Staff have the authority to deny someone entry to a hall who is bringing in items which may be deemed a hazard.

Please arrive promptly for the scheduled start time of your film and have your tickets ready on your device for inspection.

There is no longer running social distancing within the Cinema halls.

Face Masks are mandatory within the cinema foyer and toilet areas; however you are more than welcome to remove them within the screen once seated. Please remember however some people are exempt from wearing a face covering.

There are touch-free hand sanitising stations within the cinema for both staff and customer use.

When purchasing tickets or food and drink items at the kiosk, contactless is offered as a form of payment.

The cinema has an enhanced cleaning programme, which is designed to clean and sanitise the halls and high touchpoints within the cinema. There is also strict cleaning in all toilet facilities.
