Local Goverment Pay Award 2022/23 – Additional Holiday

Term-Time Members – The ballot result for term-time members was as follows:

I want this given as a floating holiday –   89.55%
I want this incorporated into my salary – 10.45%

All Members – This holiday will take effect from the 1st January 2022 for this year. The council will be issuing guidance to term-time members as to how you should book this holiday and to all other members as to when this will be uploaded to HR21 hopefully sometime this week.
